His unwavering determination shone on the ice, where he dominated the league with an outstanding save percentage of .935 and a goals-against average of 1.97. With 12 victories, 3 defeats, and a shutout in 18 games, Antoine epitomizes the most sought-after goaltending prospect heading into the QMJHL draft.
Next, Thomas Laplante (2008) has a true Cinderella story on ice. After starting in minor leagues and playing in level D2 school hockey, Thomas made a remarkable leap to the M17AAA Espoir team. His rapid ascent is the result of hard work and the support of coach Alex, who even initiated him on an outdoor rink. An inspiring tale proving that the road to the top often begins where least expected.
Lastly, we congratulate Thomas Fabrici (2008), with whom we had the privilege to collaborate through our association with the Conquérants des Laurentides. His impeccable work ethic and unwavering commitment have made him a remarkable goaltender.
