Two days between Christmas and New Year's. Three hours of ice every day, and an NHL goalie talk in the film room before you go back out. No filler.

DAILY SCHEDULE

One day. Two groups. Three hours of ice.

Same schedule on both days. The morning is the technical block, the middle of the day is the goalie talk, and the afternoon puts both groups back on the ice together.

    Film room. We break down NHL video together: the reads, the decisions, what the best do in the situations you face. Bring your own snack.

    Both groups

    Stickhandling, compete, skating and edges. Both groups on the ice together.

The morning block is where the technical work happens. A lot of pucks, a coach in your ear on every repetition. Positioning, post play, beating plays, battle.

Watch the best do it

Between the two ice times we go to the film room. NHL video, situation by situation: what the read is, what the decision is, why it works. Then you take it straight back onto the ice after the break.

Both groups on the ice together, faster and louder. Puck skills, skating and edge work, and compete drills where you battle for every save.
